“First purchase from this company. Highly delighted with the quality of the rose bush (having had deliveries from other online companies which were less than satisfactory ). Good strong packaging fit for purpose and order was delivered on the specified date. Recipient highly delighted with their gift and on that basis, I ordered another one for another friend.”

“Ordered a remembrance rose for a friend on Monday, received confirmation and advised that DPD would be in touch. Tried and failed to contact the company by phone on Thursday and Friday, no answer. Eventually got a response via FB to say the order had got lost and another would be sent on Saturday. No confirmation by Monday, no one answering the phone again. Eventually received a message that it had been delivered on Tuesday. Let’s hope so.”
