“Not possible to write a review as goods still to arrive 10 days after order and no phone number available to call and ask why???”

“I ordered a rose as a special retirement gift for a colleague from all the staff, quite a responsibility! It arrived on time, in beautiful condition and it was wonderful to give her this special gift from everyone. The rose was in bud and flowered just on time too, brilliant! “Impressed with delivery. Ordered 2 roses for my husbands 70th birthday. Ordered ‘grandad’ rose and ‘dad’ rose but dad rose came with label saying ‘fab at 60’ Did advise customer service and received apology”

“The tree to the door was a good service shame about the delivery …delivery driver left the rose on my doorstep in the poring rain so the box was destroyed, thankfully we managed to save the rose. Have uploaded a video for you to see for customer service.”
