“We used tree2mydoor.com for a 25th wedding anniversary gift for our friends. The selection was great and the whole system worked very well with the trees being delivered on the date chosen and good communication throughout the whole process. The twisted olive trees we chose were fabulous too !”

“I ordered the beautiful looking 'Silver Wedding 25th Anniversary Floribunda Bush rose' for my sister. As it was delivered to her door, when recieved she said it was lovely. Delivery was on time and in date selected. Reason for mediocre review due to delivery service DPD delivered box bashed and open, and also not following delivery instructions to leave in specific safe place in property.”

“I bought my rose bush as a memory of my little westie which we had to have put to sleep 2wks ago… her nam was pinky an the rose called “peace” was a beautiful yellow but as the rose buds open the pink comes through so I feel she’s here with us still… the delivery was perfect… I couldn’t as for anything more to make it any more special than it was. Dx”

“I paid for a next day delivery, the tree did not arrive, I chased it up, eventually getting a response to say it had not left you. It eventually turned up, and I was refunded only the additional amount I paid for the next delivery. I could have bought a lemon tree elsewhere for a lot cheaper and had free delivery on it, but chose you as I wanted it on the Saturday. Shocking service. Also the tree was okay, but the green lemons that were on there were small, quite withered and looked about to fall off.”

“Outstanding customer service from this company. I ordered a memorial rose for my mum for what would have been my parents' 67th wedding anniversary, in memory of my dear dad. Sadly, with the recent heatwaves, it wasn't as expected, I'm sure lots of gardeners have been struggling! Tree To My Door offered a replacement which arrived today and I got exactly the reaction I was hoping, from my mum... she said "it's beautiful" and it really is. We will both enjoy watching it bloom each year. Jonathan and Kate were an absolute pleasure to deal with and put a lot of other companies to shame. Mum said "the delivery man even used my name and said "Hello Norma" ... what a nice additional touch! Thank you Tree To My Door and as I said on my voicemail, I would not hesitate using you again!”
