“I ordered a Happy Retirement rose for a garden-loving colleague retiring after many years service. The images looked good but, as with any online order with a new company, I was a little nervous as to what the quality of the product would be. Having ordered in plenty of time, I received an email a few days before the rose was due to arrive to say that the order would be delayed because of the heatwave and that tree2mydoor would not send the rose out knowing that the excessive heat would be very likely to damage or even kill it. This was, admittedly, an inconvenience and meant the rose was not quite on time, but it was a complete one-off and I really appreciate the reasons why tree2mydoor took that decision. So the rose arrived on my colleague's last day at work and, my goodness, was it worth waiting for! Fully in bloom but with plenty of buds still to flower, the rose was in beautiful condition. The foliage was really healthy and glossy and the flowers themselves just gorgeous. My colleague was absolutely delighted with her rose and it looks lovely now it is planted in her garden. I would have no hesitation in using tree2mydoor again and would like to thank them for attention to detail and such a glorious gift for my friend.”

“The plant itself was fine but no thanks to the delivery method! Luckily my friend receiving the gift was in the garden when it was thrown over the gate as delivery. She tried to challenge the man but he left”
