“I ordered a Willow Wand, it is already looking good and the top is sprouting as expected. There was an issue with the delivery but Treetomydoor sorted this efficiently and refunded the charge.”

“1 star only because I have to give one. 12 July ordered a rose 3-5 days [NOT working days according to my email] delivery 15 and 18 July [6 days later!] advised that because of hot weather delivery would be delayed until 21 July 21 July advised order is on its way - great news, recipient patiently waits for it 22 July advised rose was being delivered - recipient had gone mad waiting so was away for the weekend - advised you 22 July you and DPD advised that the rose had been delivered and left in a non-existent shed or outbuilding [i'sa terraced house in London]. You are refunding my delivery fee as obviously you didn't deliver! 27 July recipient returns home - no rose anywhere in sight Current status - still waiting for you to tell me what the hell is going on. Quite frankly I want a refund [the gift has still not materialised] so that I can use someone else and give my friend her now belated and quite frankly spoilt birthday gift. Then you have the audacity to ask me to write a review - priceless you couldn't make it up!”

“I ordered a Rose and it arrived within the time I was given. It’s a lovely, healthy plant with leaves and one bud which is opening now. The transit packaging was excellent and the gift wrap perfect. I had good, prompt answers to my emails and would happily recommend Tree2my door.”

“Very good service. The Ruby Anniversary Patio Rose I ordered arrived in plenty of time for my sister's anniversary. Rose looked very healthy with plenty of buds. It is still in bud, so cannot say yet on how it flowers.”

“Delighted with the efficient service. My only disappointment is that the Celebration rose that was delivered was pink instead of the advertised cream coloured one. As this was part of a wedding gift (I had also ordered the Wedding rose) I had chosen the Celebration Rose for it's colour”

“Received my sapphire anniversary rose and was package really well and no damage at all . Lovely fresh and green exactly what I wanted . Website easy to use and navigate round . Can't wait till it grows . It was a good size and was gift wrapped with a pretty bow and tissue and cellophane . Will order again . Highly recommended .very happy customer 😁”

“The rose bush I ordered arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The DPD driver kept me fully informed of the delivery arrangements. My only disappointment was the delay in the delivery date but I fully understand that this was due to the unprecedented hot temperatures on 18th & 19th July.”
