“I have given 2 stars because I paid extra for a specific delivery day and the item wasn’t delivered on that day..I contacted customer service and was offered £3.10 this is the difference between standard delivery and specific day delivery. I thought that this was an insult, the tree was as a retirement gift. It wasn’t delivered on time and ruined the retirement send off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“I ordered a rose for my friend's 70th birthday, unfortunately, she was unexpectedly away and on returning home my gift had not been delivered. I have since tracked the parcel to be told by DPD that it has been returned to yourselves. That was a week ago and I haven't received any communication since!”

“Bought a blue sapphire anniversary rose for a friend. It was beautiful and fresh and looked healthy. All wrapped up nicely with a bow. Very impressed. Highly recommend this company. Had not used company before and was a little worried but my fears unfounded. Excellent rose and excellent company to deal with keeping me up to date with the order right up until the rose bush arrived.”
