I have given 2 stars because I paid extra for a specific delivery day and the item wasn’t delivered on that day..I contacted customer service and was offered £3.10 this is the difference between standard delivery and specific day delivery.
I thought that this was an insult, the tree was as a retirement gift. It wasn’t delivered on time and ruined the retirement send off.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
