“Very happy with your service. I bought a rose bush for my daughter in law's 50th birthday - Fab at 50. It was delivered on time and she loved it. She said it was in excellent condition and is looking forward to planting it out in her garden. Communication was very good and I was kept informed of progress at every stage. “Quality of plaque was very good , plinth to go with it was way too big . As for the engraving - it was so small that I required strong reading glasses to read inscription . The font was smaller than numbers on the bottom of a bank card . When I complained I was told camera was out of focus ( iPhone 13) this was the point the naked eye could not focus on the words . I had ordered this to mark my fathers memorial and was told I would receive a replacement. I have had to conduct memorial without this sentimental addition to a sad day and I still have not received the replacement.”
