“I have ordered a number of trees from you before and have always been thrilled. However this last lemon tree was a huge disappointment. There was plenty of foliage but no lemons. I was really upset as it was a 60th birthday present for my brother. I especially ordered from you as so pleased previously… zero wow factor this time”

“I purchased a Loving Memories rose bush for a friend whose husband had just passed away. She thought it was beautiful and a special way to remember him. The rose bush arrived in bloom and was exactly as described.”

“This was something I came across by accident, but q wonderful idea for my dad's 80th birthday. The fab at 80 rose bush. Perfect as he loves roses also; having many in his garden. Ordering was easy, the cost is very competitive and delivery to my home speedily and the option to choose the date was perfect. I wanted it to come to me first, but now having tried this, I would not hesitate to get it delivered direct to the recipient.”

“Excellent service, rose tree arrived in perfect condition. Thank you. My only suggestion would be to enable the customer to identify the celebration that the purchase is for. My daughter was amused to find greetings for her Pearl Anniversary (as 'just married' herself) but I did not see a way to exclude this greeting on purchase.”

“Order was for a bithday present and the recipient is delighted with it. Ordering very easy and delivery options were good although I think the amount charged for a specific date and am delivery was excessive. However the rose is lovely”

“Pleased with the ease of placing the order and the speed and accuracy of the delivery. The recipient, as this was a birthday gift, was really pleased with their tree although they did say that it was rather dry from being boxed up for delivery. However after re-potting and a good water, the tree perked up again.”
