“I ordered a rose bush for a friend’s birthday and she was absolutely delighted with it. I was able to arrange a delivery date so that she would be in to receive it, and it arrived on time and in excellent condition. It is now planted up and thriving. “Sadly the delivery service let you down. The lemon tree we ordered as a birthday present arrived upside down with the bottom of the box bashed in. A big handful of leaves (in photo, inside a plastic bag) had come off. We haven’t complained as we think the tree will be ok but it wasn’t a good service.”
