“Excellent product and excellent Customer Service from both Monika and Martha. The Carrera marble tiles are stunning and the whole process of ordering and delivery was very good indeed. Had a small problem on first delivery but Monika ensured this was sorted immediately. Then on second order everything was spot on. I was apprehensive about ordering a large amount of tiles via the Internet but have been absolutely delighted with the service the tiles and definitely the price. Have recommended Travertine Store to quite a few people since What a find.”

“I just recently brought a new house and wanted travertine tiles for my kitchen floor, tried all your usual places like b&q etc but nothing really got my attention unless it was extremely expensive. After search on the web i found travertine tiles and couldn't quite believe the great prices, so i ordered a couple of free samples which got to me within a couple of days. i was really impressed by the quality and price and I even ordered all the rest of materials as they too were great prices. Arranging delivery was easy, my only concern was the delivery company as when they came to drop of the tiles there was only one guy dropping off and luckily i had people working at the house to help as i feel they rescued the tiles a couple of times from tipping over when coming off the lorry. I would definitely buy from you again in the future.”

“I brought the Chinese black slate - they were half price compared to other suppliers - quality of the product absolutely. Monika who took my order was extremely helpful with all the questions I asked - delivery turned up bang on time as requested. Overall would highly recommend and I will use them again.”

“wouldnt use again, unless they changed haulage company that they use, first delivery they just turned up at house with no contact,so we were at work second attempt they had broken half the tiles which they were aware of when delivered as driver admitted they were damaged, then they later lied to tile company about the damage so our replacements then got cancelled. we got there in the end thanks to travertine direct. but as i said they were let down completely by PGS global logistics.”

“Although I have not yet had the floor tiles delivered, the product evidenced by the samples was excellent and the best value for money. The first contact was with Monika who provided an excellent customer facing service. Monika provided all the information required in a knowledgeable, clear and concise manner. You want to hold on to Monika, if the word gets out how good she is, she will be poached. I got the introduction to your firm via my daughter, who had bought similar tiles from you. Kate also remembered how good Monika was. Companies often lose sight of how important it is that the first contact leaves a good impression. I am looking forward to the delivery and will certainly be a repeat customer. Best Regards, Tony Latham”

“Excellent service from this Company. The Carreras marble tiles are stunning and I am absolutely delighted with my first experience of ordering tiles online. The whole process was excellent including the customer service from Monika and Martha. There was a small problem which was resolved immediately in a friendly and efficient manner by Monika. If you are unsure of ordering online Don't be. It's the best decision I made when choosing my tiles. Price was excellent as well. Thank you all at Travertine.”

“Tiles arrived on planned day and look good quality. Haulier struggled to offload from truck due to weight on pallet, which eventually broke. He would not have managed on his own. Have not unbanded all packs yet but have noted that at least one has broken due to the rough handling.”

Hi, Thank you for your message. We checked this order and it was just 10 m2 of goods (approximately 300kgs). Normally this weight is not considered very heavy considering that our pallets usually come around 1000Kgs. Also after speaking to the transport company, they do not report any issues. “My previous experience of looking for tiles has been view several different places to get an idea of quality and having found the product find the best price. I have never before bought tiles on the internet as I wondered what the quality would be like and whether the tiles would arrive intact and with even edges. I took advantage of the free samples and decided to use the discount voucher, spoke to Monika on the phone and she worked out the required extras ie adhesive, grout and sealant. What a star she is!! Delivery was excellent just in the lane just outside our gate and the delivery guy was very helpful while I checked for any damage. Showed the tiles to several of my friends and they were very impressed. The cost of the Travertine tiles were approx half of elsewhere. One friend who had fitted out his kitchen with ceramic tiles said it cost him the same as mine approx £540 but was about a third the area of mine (19 /M2) and that included delivery!! So if you are a internet first timer give it a try I certainly wasn't disappointed. Can't wait until they are fitted.”
