“Travertine arrived fuss free within 48 hours of order. Very helpful driver from the delivery company. Only minor compliant is the packing of the tiles. A few had managed to work loose during transportation damaging a couple of edges. However as around 20% of the tiles are being cut this was never going to be a problem.”

“My order was processed and dispatched really quickly. The tiles arrived exactly on time - which was very refreshing. The packaging looked really good too. When the tiles arrived and I opened a couple of boxes to check for breakages, I must admit at first I thought the wrong ones had been delivered - as the first few I pulled out looked significantly different to the sample tile I had ordered and received through the post weeks previously. But - after I'd opened a number of boxes I found a couple of tiles that did look like my sample. However I did feel that maybe I'd been sent a "good looking" sample tile that wasn't hugely representative of the finish of the majority of tiles. The driver was pretty keen to get away and didn't give me much time to do my checks.”

Hi, Many thanks for the feedback, since the customer has not got in touch with us since delivery, we are only guessing that the customer is not happy with the variation on the stone. Normally the tiles that you purchased (Ivory travertine tumbled) may have different shades, some of them may have holes (as tumbled), hence this is the beauty of the stone. If you can kindly get in touch with us, we can advise more on this issue.

“My communications with this company were very good - they are swift to reply. Unfortunately I am not so happy with the tiles. I bought the polished mocha creme limestone and firstly my builder didnt realise the tiles should be sealed before grouting (which has left horrible marks which Im having to research how to remove) and secondly, there was a large difference in the colour of the tiles. I seemed to get 2 different batches - the majority were heavily naturally marked which were lovely and the other batch were very significantly not so heavily marked, which although also lovely, are very different. Fortunately we were able to lay (about 8) of the less marked tiles in an area where they are slightly hidden. I appreciate these tiles are a natural product and of course will differ from one another but these 2 batches were so different. Please make sure you seal BEFORE grouting as well as after. They are also less polished than I expected - I did get a sample which seemed more uniformly polished than the ones that arrived. I think in hindsight perhaps limestone was not the best purchase for my taste.”

Many thanks for the feedback. Normally builders should know to seal twice as laying natural stone is different than laying ceramic or porcelain. Most of the problems can be avoided if correct procedures are followed. We thank you for your time for this informative feedback, Even though you have faced problems during installation, we hope that you still have a fantastic looking floor.

“I had ordered the star galaxy granite tiles. The tiler opened the boxes to find they don't all have the same finish. Some are black. Other slightly lighter and some very sparkling compared to some dull. Even though the company has said come get a refund or exchange..I'm. 50 miles away. Who will pay for that and wasted day. The tiles are definitely from a different batch and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here. Thats 4 days wasted on a building project. And still not sorted.”

Many thanks for your review. We have checked this order and advised that the goods are from the same pallet, it is very unusual for us to have different batches from the same pallets. We have asked the customer to bring the goods back to us and if different batches are found within the order, we will credit the customer accordingly.

“Dealing with Monica is a delight. What has stopped me giving a very good is that the delivery did not make it to us. Instead it was left at a post office which is 3 miles away and unpack it there so I could lift them into the car.”

“Good advice from Monika. Samples arrived. Excellent speedy delivery, tiles came in 3 days. Delivered by a good helpful chap. No damaged tiles which is amazing. I ordered the premium unfilled travertine and I am not disappointed with the quality. The price was nearly half quoted by local tile showrooms. I didn't purchase any accessories from the travertine store as they don't sell the range of coloured grouts available elsewhere. I was recommended to use the Tilemasters 3000 grout which comes in a great range of colours. I have no hesitation in recommending and I would definitely use again.”
