“This is the fourth time we have purchased floor tiles from Travertine . Firstly for our new conservatory we chose the 305 X 305mm black granite quartz again the same for the bathroom , these have a bronze sparkle to them .Then the Star Galaxy for the hallway and porch now the same for the kitchen .The star galaxy are similar to the tiles as you go into duty free air side at Birmingham airport to get some idea but of the 305 mm sq size . When you request a sample ,it arrives in a couple of days . The tiles are excellent quality and are very good value . Similar tiles are available from B&Q and Tops , but you compare the difference in price ! a very substantional saving . Delivery is very reasonable , for a delivery of 155 tiles weighing near 500kg , cost £34 to B post code arriving in 3 working days or express delivery at a higher rate . Very happy with the service and product ,I had a 5% discount on the last order saving another £22 . I highly recommend them ,maybe it would be an idea for them to supply some more variants of coloured quartz which I have seen in Tops ,reds ,blues I hope this review helps you, I don't usually leave reviews , but in this case ! “I've now bought several different tiles from Travertine Store and they have all been fantastic value and look great The cream silver marble is really impressive in our bathroom and was great value we also have the premium travertine and cappuccino marble all of it is much cheaper than elsewhere and the quality is superb We had a few broken tiles during the delivery and they were replaced with no fuss.”

“We purchased honed and filled travertine tiles online and everything went smoothly. There was small number of breakages though but we already ordered extra so will use these for cuts. Overall very happy with our purchase.”

“After ordering a sample, which I would recommend, I ordered the tiles I required with Monika, and she got the correct tile from my sample order. Although I had a problem with the delivery, Monika, rang me, the next day, and told me she would have the situation sorted by lunchtime the following Monday, to which she had arranged for the replacement tiles to be delivered. I got them at 9.30 and I am looking forward to laying the tiles. I WILL recommend Travertine Store, and as a salesman myself, will always recommend people to ask for Monika, as she was polite and reassuring that the order would be completed. THANK YOU MONIKA and Travertine Store”

“Ordered 8Mtrs of slate. Should have received 89 off 300mm x 300mm tiles - received 87. 5 of which were broken. Quite loosely packaged on a pallet. Package them better and I'd have no complaints. Will use again though.”

“Good so far,have ordered a large quantity and got contacted to say there was not enough in stock but should have them in 2-3 weeks. Prompt response and the delay is fine, just hope the service continues. Samples were provided quickly.”

“I ordered the white Carrera marble tiles. The process was very efficient from start to finish. No tiles were broken as the packaging is fantastic, however having to dispose of the pallet myself could have been a problem if I hadn't had help from my builders. The tiler I hired was excellent ( from A,Rica builders) & the tiles look beautiful”

“Slick customer service and the most competitive price I could find for black slate tiles. Efficient delivery, very small extra charge for next day arrival. Instructions for any damage to delivery on arrival very clear and unambiguous. Impressive and very pleasant and helpful staff when I rang with a query. Also email query re. my potential purchase answered very promptly. My only slight criticism now tiles are laid is that the "black" is a mid-grey and lighter than the tiles I wished to match. However, for the price, I am quite satisfied. Thank you very much.”

“Tiles look great, am looking forward to seeing them fitted. The hauliers tipped a pallet over during delivery breaking many of them, but they were quickly replaced, within 2 days. Monica was very helpful throughout. Would definitely use them again.”

“Unable to comment on the quality of the tiles as we have not yet received them. Apparently the tiles were dispatched 07/08/15 but they are not being delivered until 17/08/15. I only discovered this because I had to ring the haulage depot myself and then wait for someone to ring me back with a delivery date. I was on the understanding that the haulage depot would ring me within 1-4 days to deliver the tiles. I am most disappointed with the poor customer service.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We have checked with the transport company why this delivery has taken so long . They advised that they called twice to book in a delivery date and left messages (10.08.15 & 11.08.15) in each occasion. Once our offices were notified of delivery failure, we took immediate action and now we believe the goods have now been delivered.
