“The only suggestion I would make is that you put a "Fragile" label on the tile samples and bubble wrap them because when the postman put the samples through my letterbox and dropped them on the floor, both my tile samples broke.”

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We do our best to ensure that any samples we send out are protected as best as possible, we do enclose them in a bubble wrap envelope and multiple samples are packed together for support. We unfortunately do not have any control over how our posted items are treated on route which is when damages are most likely to occur. Royal Mail have restrictive rules in regards to package weight and size and these rules unfortunately do restrict us in the materials or bubble wrap we can use for our samples. We will, however, always continue to look into how we can improve our packaging where possible to minimise any possible damages that may occur with our sample shipments in the future. With regards

“Lots of choice at very reasonable, items are delivered to a local depot who contact you to arrange delivery, they like you to be at home to accept, but don't offer weekend delivery! ? Sorry but most people work in the week! Reviews are very good so hopefully won't be any problems with delivery”

“Easy to order and arrived on time. Quality of the tiles is excellent and the colour is as expected. A few of the corners are slightly chipped, therefore care will need to be taken to select these for cutting where a whole tile is not required. Delivery company was good about coordinating delivery time.”

“The tiles are great quality, the service was very good, on delivery there was a full pack broken and one bag of adhesive missing. I phoned and they was sent the next day.”

“Good store, only thing is the postage. I cannot purchase a single pack of tiles as the cost of postage is the same for a pallet of tiles. No other option suggested other than come and collect in person, will not allow my own courier to collect also.”

Hello Mr Gibson, Thank you for your kind words regarding our store. In regards to our shipping costs, due to us working with a 3rd party haulier, they, unfortunately, have a single flat charge per consignment, they charge to collect a pallet of items, which can be a single square meter or up to 45 square meters on some of our range of items. With our previous unfortunate experiences with courier services in the past, we never recommend a courier service to transport large fragile stone tiles, there is no method of packaging we can do to larger stone tiles that will prevent them from breaking during this service even by simple constant shaking in the van they will be transported in and therefore protecting your interest, we kindly recommend a collection in person. We hope this helps explain why we have not agreed to a courier service on this occasion.

Hello Ms Thompson Your sample order was dispatched on the 6th of September for you. We apologise that you have not received your requested samples yet. We use Royal Mail to ship out all our samples and on occasions, they can be delayed through the post. We will now resend your samples with the fastest Royal Mail service and hope they will be received by you within a few days.
