“I saw what I thought I wanted on line. Need to ask I few questions which so did by phoning in the morning. Went to order a while later and the website was really slow. I needed to pop out so I thought I would try again when I got home. I did order when I got home but surprise surprise the price on line had been increased. So annoyed.”

“Price more then competitively and delivery was reasonably priced and timely especially as we live in a pretty remote area. Out of 80+ large slates note a single chipped corner or broken one among them! Very efficient and exactly what we wanted!!”

“We have ordered Jerusalem Gold Limestone - Tumbled, 58m2 metric pattern and we couldn't be happier. The communication with the store was flawless and the tiles are just of amazing quality and colour. This is exactly what we were hoping for. Delivery was quick and there were only 4 damaged tiles which I think is pretty good considering the large quantity and long distance. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered 40 boxes of split faced wall cladding. Prompt delivery and good delivery correspondence. They came very well packaged although 5% of them were of poor manufacturing/damaged but didn’t matter to me as used for cuts. Would recommend off my 1st time experience.”

“Good service and can’t really fault at all, delivery arranged swiftly and not a single broken tile (600mm x 400mm Travertine) supplied in a very sturdy crate. Customer service and delivery driver very helpful, also the best value product I could easily find and product quality didn’t suffer..”

“Couldn't be happier! Free samples, helpful advice, supplied 18 hard to find replacement 'Noce' travertine tiles from stock to replace 10 + year old broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom. Delivery is expensive for small quantities, but to be fair the tiles were excellently packaged and the delivery company did a great job of getting them to us carefully, quickly and completely undamaged.”
