“Unable to comment on the quality of the tiles as we have not yet received them. Apparently the tiles were dispatched 07/08/15 but they are not being delivered until 17/08/15. I only discovered this because I had to ring the haulage depot myself and then wait for someone to ring me back with a delivery date. I was on the understanding that the haulage depot would ring me within 1-4 days to deliver the tiles. I am most disappointed with the poor customer service.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We have checked with the transport company why this delivery has taken so long . They advised that they called twice to book in a delivery date and left messages (10.08.15 & 11.08.15) in each occasion. Once our offices were notified of delivery failure, we took immediate action and now we believe the goods have now been delivered.

“Ordered ALOT of tiles and they arrived within 3 days. We did have trouble getting the large delivery van down our lane which took quite a few phone calls to get a solution and the issue resolved but we did get there and always felt the delivery team were doing their best to sort the situation out with good communication. Tiles look fab but not on the walls yet so fingers crossed!”

“The tiles look nice now that they are down , but there are a lot of as i call it , big veins in the tile that make them week and break easily . I do not tile much so i do not know if this is normal , with this type of Travertine tile . I have had to be careful when laying the tile , not to put to much pressure on them or they just break . Like i said , i do not tile much so i dont know if this is normal , They do look nice , once down .”

Many thanks for your feedback. Normally the travertine do not have veins as in the marble and they would not break easily. We do not have any reported issues with this kind of problem, if you can kindly get in touch with more information, we will look into this.

“We've had a batch of tiles from the Travertine Store for our new kitchen floor. Fantastic quality, and I've been massively impressed with the quality of their customer service. Really fast responses, helpful staff, and pro-active in helping us match tiles when we under-ordered slightly. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“I recently ordered 14 square metres of white, polished Carrara marble for my bathroom project from the Travertine Stone Store website. With a quick phone call I checked it was in stock and ready for delivery. The order arrived on my doorstep just over 24 hours later in perfect condition and at less than half the price of a certain high street tile store I could mention. Very good quality and price. “Every thing very good except for the fact that had to try and move the pallets with pump forks which could not be done on hardcore on-site and had to get a friend with a tele-handler, maybe easier for delivery with a hiab equipped lorry ?”

“Spent a long time looking for decent travertine tiles at a reasonable price, was a bit concerned about buying tiles online but got a couple of samples and spoke to Monika and she was very helpful and put my mind to rest. The tiles were sent to arrive on exactly the right day ( a huge bonus), and they are stunning. They are of a very decent quality and look fantastic - thank you guys!”

“Excellent communications always follow up the call back request, prices and range the best we found. A visit was possible to the office to view the actual tiles before making a final decision. Overall a very positive experience so far, this review is written before receiving the tiles so will update after receipt and fitting.”
