“It was all sound. I've found it little bit strange when message came to call local depot to arrange a delivery despite giving all details before but I think it is good idea. It was quick call just to confirm the address and when I wanted it delivered. The next day it was delivered. Very good”

“Fantastic range of products. I work in IT and was delighted to find a welll designed and performant website. Sample order simple, delivery fast and arrived in perfect condition. Sample of good size to assess suitability and quality of meterials and to confirm the colour pallette. We will definitely be purchasing for our ground floor rooms and feel confident in the service. Great place to do business with”

“Ordered some samples to see how they would look at home. Arrived on time and were big enough for us to decide what would look best. The quality of the product is excellent. Well packaged for transport but obviously got thrown about so some had transport damage. Hoping that the order for the tiles is treated better by the couriers!”

Dear Mr Antell, we hope you are well. We believe you are confusing us with possibly another tile company, the only order we have received from you was for a sample through our website, this was shipped to you the next working day and was delivered via Royal Mail 3 days after shipment. We have never received an actual order from yourself. For future reference, we have no minimum order limit, this can be tested by simply inputting a single tile of any of our products in to your basket, which you can then place an order for.
