“My wife found you on the net and we looked at your prices and delivery and the history of your company. We have wanted to replace our kitchen and the floor for years. B&Q used to have the tile we liked but no longer stock it. Then we found you. We love the feel of travertine tiles and it reminds us of Italy our favourite destination. So we ordered some samples and I think we have a winner. When we are ready we will order from you. Definitely recommend anyone to check them out and order some samples. The quality is excelent and they arrived quickly.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the large tiles. Unfortunately, one tile was broken, which could not be seen and therefore reported at time of delivery, and you used your terms of delivery to avoid sending a replacement, although you did offer a refund for the damaged tile.”

Hello again Mr Collyer It will not be possible to ship a single tile and guarantee it will arrive intact, as multiple tiles help support each other during haulage. As a result, we have offered you a full refund for the broken tile in this case, even though it is still considered usable for off-cuts during an installation. Naturally, we value any feedback that might help us provide our clients with better services. However, in this particular instance, we are perplexed by your star rating because we are unsure how much better we could have done in this situation. Therefore, we will provide a complete refund for the damaged item. Thank you again for your order with us.

“Once we had established that our order could be delilvered, even though we had gravel and lived on a single lane, the rest was great, including the delivery guy who couldn't of done enough for us. The Sandstone is stunning and looks great in our bathroom.”

Dear Mr Walker, firstly thank you for your interest in our products. All sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and we depend on their excellent customer service to deliver them. Sadly, samples do occasionally go misplaced in the mail. However, we reissue samples using the fastest Royal Mail service when our customers do get in touch with us. Regretfully, on this occasion, a customer chose to leave a negative review instead of contacting us directly. We will resend your samples for you. We send over 400 samples a week and sincerely hope that other customers who receive their samples will leave positive feedback. With sincere regards

“Nice price. Nice colour. Quick service. But my plumber told me that on that damaged bathroom floor travertine may break. So I was forced to keep looking.”

“The product is of good quality and met up to my expectations. The only criticism I have was the exorbitant cost for delivery £68 to deliver 1m2 of mosaics is outrageous! And to make matters worst this small consignment which was litterally 300mm x 300mm arrived strapped to a huge pallet I think ridiculous is the only word to describe it !! Would have been 5 stars if not for this”

Dear Mr Burch Firstly, thank you for your order with us. We use a 3rd party haulier to handle all our deliveries, and the haulage charges are not hidden charges, this is visible to the customers before processing any payments. Unfortunately, although the delivery charge can seem excessive for smaller orders, the hauliers charge for the movement of a "pallet" and not what is on the pallets, this means it is the same charge being applied for a single box of an item all the way up to 50 square meters for some of our ranges. In regards to the size of the pallet used for your order, the pallets need to be big enough to enable maneuverability using a forklift and a pump truck. This restriction dictates the size of the pallets used for orders and not what is on them. We thank you again for your order with us and your feedback With regards
