“Our order of granite tiles etc, arrived 3days after we ordered them, which I think was brilliant, the delivery man was a real credit to your firm, and to top it all off, the tiles are top quality, will be a returning to you when we need need more of your products, well done to the travertine store.”

“Very efficient, arrived on time and quickly. Good communication on day of delivery with the courier company. Would definitely use them again. A shame the carriage is so expensive though, especially when I only wanted 5 tiles, carriage was more expensive than the tiles!”

“Travertine Store offered the best price online. It was a bit of a risk choosing Carrara Marble tiles from such a small sample, but we are delighted with the tiles. They arrived on time, with not a single breakage (very unusual with such a large order, and with such large tiles). We thoroughly recommend Travertine Store and will use them again.”

“Just taken delivery of 32m of travertine to my clients house. I've just unloaded the pallet and man handled all 1 tonne of tiles down long drive way. The quality of the tiles seems to be very good on first inspection , with no broken tiles or chipped corners.”

“When i received my tiles a few of them where broken but had no problem with getting them replaced the woman on the phone Monika was very helpful im getting this problem sorted for me and because of her i would be happy to purchase tiles from you for further projects in the future meny thanks”

“Following receipt of a sample, I ordered 120 marble tiles. They arrived two days later very well packaged and in good condition. I have yet to put them up but they are good quality, good value and sold with good service. I'd use again.”

“I was quite hesitant to purchase tiles online, but from order to delivery Travertine Store staff has been excellent in responding to my queries and put my mind at ease. Also i paid much much less than my high street shop. I have already recommend Travertine Store to my friends and family.”

“I'm disappointed with travertinestore. As a first time buyer from them I was expecting better customer service when I complained about my product. After falling for the "these tiles are standard, these are premium and these are our 'hand-selected super smooth' tiles" sale pitch, I ordered the most expensive Ivory premium travertine at nearly twice the cost of the standard. The tiles turned up on a crate (no packaging to check what has been delivered) and were stacked up. The tiles were stacked face-to-face for protection but upon taking a tile from the stack I was really pleased with the colour and uniform appearance. The builder fitted the tiles shortly after and then commented on how he had done the best he could with a budget tile! He pointed out the rough faces, micro-chipped edges and colour variations and said that in his opinion they were no way a premium product. These huge variations are only really evident when you see the tiles next to each other i.e. fitted to the wall. I emailed the travertine store and sent them photos. Their response; "these tiles are as we would expect them to look and show normal variation". They also stated their T&Cs state that the buyer accepts the condition of the item if fitted or attempted to be fitted. I'm glad I purchased through Paypal and raised a dispute. Think twice before going for the most expensive!”

“The service from travertine store is fine, problem is the carrier you used,(Crabtree) I told them we lived on a narrow road, they confirmed and said they were aware of it and advised delivery time 10 o clock, at 11.15 no delivery, I told them I could'nt wait any longer, at 11.30 driver rung me and said he was near, fine I'll wait..the carrier sent a 18t wagon, to big to get up our road so I had to meet driver in pub car park, unload my tiles into my vehicle then drive to my house and unload tiles into house from my vehicle, not only late,used my vehicle for delivery service I paid for,having to handle tiles twice, think you'll agree not great delivery service. Unfortunely the carrier is part of the whole order which reflects on your company, sorry folks”

We provided all the necessary information to the transport company prior to shipping, however apparently they missed these notes, which resulted in a poor delivery service as in this case. We apologise on behalf of our transport company and we will make sure this does not happen again

“Service so far is great, we agreed a delivery date and were notified by phone when driver was 5-10 minutes away. Order was carefully packed although there were some damages to the tiles (possibly as they were offloaded from the lorry). Will see how service is now I want some replacements!”
