“Didn't need to claim but did feel the policy was more expensive than it needed to be considering the pre existing condition is managed but had to be declared so what can you do. Just another added difficulty of having a Disabled child.”

“We've traveled with TravelTime travel insurance before and had no issue's. But then I gave an average rating as it was easy to do. But I think IF it ever came to making a claim that's when we shall see how good they are.”

“I did experience trouble receiving my information via email and spent most of an afternoon trying to get this sent to me… felt that the person on the other end of the phone didn’t really have time for me the first few times I called…. Gent I spoke to on my last call give me the time of day and helped me”

“I cannot review your travel insurance yet as I have not been on holiday yet but you get 5stars for your emails I have also looked at your reviews on trustpilot and I am sorry to say that it doesn't seem very good feedback has been placed on there .So I hope if I have to claim it will be a better experience than these reviews”

“Fortunately, I have not needed to implement the provisions of the travel insurance so how can I comment on its performance? I do think it is expensive though as I have noticed huge increases in premiums every time I have bought some.”

“First used them last year & was pleased with the service. Accordingly, I decided to use them again this year, which I now have. Some time back, having decided to book two overseas holidays this year, & having received emails from them offering reduced rates on annual cover, I emailed to ask them if annual would be better for me than two individual policies. The reply I got was that as I was over 70 years old they could not provide annual cover. Mistakenly, I assumed that this was a standard restriction across the industry, so have taken out two individual policies. Talking to friends I've since found out that I am in no way too old to access annual cover policies, so I looked online to see what they might cost. I have now found that I could have taken out full multi-trip annual cover with each trip up to 31 days max, with a big name supplier, & for almost exactly the same cost overall as I've paid in total for my two individual 8 day policies. This leaves me somewhat disenchanted with TravelTime, so sadly I will not be using them next time. To rub salt in, they continue to regularly send me emails offering reductions on annual cover policies - particularly irksome given the circumstances...”

“I tried to purchase this policy through your own website via the link in the email sent to me but it kept coming up saying you could not find me a policy, so I went on Compare the Market and got it anyway, not sure if it's any good or not as I have never had to make a claim and hopefully won't need to this time either. However, I got the bonus of meerkat meals and cinema passes going through their website so hey ho I'm happy!”
