First used them last year & was pleased with the service. Accordingly, I decided to use them again this year, which I now have. Some time back, having decided to book two overseas holidays this year, & having received emails from them offering reduced rates on annual cover, I emailed to ask them if annual would be better for me than two individual policies. The reply I got was that as I was over 70 years old they could not provide annual cover. Mistakenly, I assumed that this was a standard restriction across the industry, so have taken out two individual policies. Talking to friends I've since found out that I am in no way too old to access annual cover policies, so I looked online to see what they might cost. I have now found that I could have taken out full multi-trip annual cover with each trip up to 31 days max, with a big name supplier, & for almost exactly the same cost overall as I've paid in total for my two individual 8 day policies. This leaves me somewhat disenchanted with TravelTime, so sadly I will not be using them next time. To rub salt in, they continue to regularly send me emails offering reductions on annual cover policies - particularly irksome given the circumstances...

You can only judge travel insurance if you have to claim. Did not claim.

I tried to purchase this policy through your own website via the link in the email sent to me but it kept coming up saying you could not find me a policy, so I went on Compare the Market and got it anyway, not sure if it's any good or not as I have never had to make a claim and hopefully won't need to this time either. However, I got the bonus of meerkat meals and cinema passes going through their website so hey ho I'm happy!

Email with confirmation of purchase however I struggled to find the certificate for the travel insurance and a contact number to revive it but overall I would use again! They didn’t hassle me which I liked!

I have used TravelTime on a couple of occasions and found their quotation process easy to follow on-line. Prices for the cover I need are competitive. Not able to comment on customer service or claim issues as I have not yet made a claim.

Excellent so far. However, it's difficult to provide a full review of a service for which I only have experience of the front end and hoping to keep it that way! Considerably less repetitive paperwork would be good. You should work harder on getting the number of A4 sheets issued with each policy down whilst still covering your backsides. Much harder.

Although I was pleased with the cover I had to pay to get it changed to cover my granddaughter. I Also bought this cover through flashback and you have not paid my cashback

It's difficult to review a policy when you haven't had to make a claim. Hence my middle score. That's the true judgement to be made. The premium was not cheap but covered previous health conditions. Luckily I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on how comprehensive the cover actually was when it came down to it.

I have purchased my policy for the 2nd year from travelTime insurance. Fortunately I haven't had the need to claim. Therefore I am unable to give an honest opinion on how it will be if I had to make claim. I will say,it was straight forward to purchase and renew my policy, with friendly advisers.

I really have no idea of how good this insurance is as I have had no need to claim. It was competitively priced & fingers crossed if I was unfortunate enough and needed to claim I do hope it'll be suitable and stress free.
