“I have attended a few pediatric first aid courses as a childminder but this one has been the best so far. Our instructor, Phil, was lovely. He puts you at ease straight away and teaches in a calm, relaxed, fun way. I took in so much information. The practicals were explained really well and Phil made sure we were all confident with everything before we left. The online bit was a brilliant way of learning for me as it enabled me to work through at my own pace at home. I won't hesitate to book with Train Aid again when my certificate is due for renew. Thank you very much.”

“I really enjoyed my recent training experience with train aid. I was attending level 3 in training and education. The trainer was very welcoming and enthusiastic about the subject. The group were encouraged and support throughout the 3 days. I feel I have gain the confidence and knowledge to enable me to provide training myself. Brilliant!!!”

“The training was structured to a very high level, it was informative enjoyable, and the trainer was very professional and their training style certainly met all my learning needs. The venue was easy to access, comfortable and parking close by. Train Aid have got this training course absolutely perfect, i have already recomended this company”

“I thought the trainer was excellent and the course was very good. He timed the process well and I felt that we had the appropriate amount of time given for each section. I felt that I understood everything that was being taught and the trainer made sure that the group was clear in understanding before moving on to the next bit. Many thanks!”

“I have no previous qualification or experience in training and this was all new to me as I start my journey as a trainer. The trainer, James, quickly put the group at ease and worked through each of the topics, working up towards the 15 minute micro teach. The learning was relevant, introducing all the different styles of learning within the learning itself. I can assure anyone who is looking on line for a course provider that this course delivers. With the choice out there I was worried about the quality of the training delivery and more importantly would I have a recognised qualification at the end (I've been burnt previously) - I need not have worried about either of these, this course delivers and is a recognised qualification for anyone wanting to get into training. Highly Recommended. Yvonne”

“I wasn’t looking forward to spending a Saturday doing a First Aid course because in the past they have been tediously boring. I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery of the course and the fun approach of the trainer. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I recently attended a three day input where I found the trainer(s)(Phil Gallie and Lynn for the micro teach) very knowledgeable but more importantly very approachable, the delivery was good and nothing was to much trouble. Following the input the submission of work was dealt with very efficiently/speedily.”
