“Great instructor, very personable and easy to understand demonstrations. He answered all of the questions I had and importantly encouraged us to ask any question we wanted to, we weren’t made to feel silly.”

“I recently completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training with Train Aid. Our tutor, Ian Wood, really brought the course to life and made it fun and engaging. Each stage of learning was clearly explained and our understanding was checked regularly to make sure everyone was up to speed. Ian gave us all the necessary tools and confidence we needed to deliver the microteach on the final day and everyone did an amazing job ! The course have given me a great foundation and added confidence in my training delivery and I would highly recommend accessing the course through Train Aid.”

“During my course part was in person and part on-line. The in person part was a great 3 days, and an opportunity to meet a diverse group of great people. The on-line part was elee supported and each module marked quickly. The videos were helpful and gave pointers as to what was required. I enjoyed the whole experience.”

“I’m afraid I can’t remember the teachers name but that’s the second time she’s taught me this course and I just wanted to say she’s fantastic. She keeps it engaging and straight to the point so that it’s easy to remember.”

“All I can say is I am so happy with Trainaid. Is the third time I did the first Aid course. I did 3 time the first aid with Trainaid and last one i done was on the 26 of April, 2024. I am very happy with the service and i will continuing using them again in 3 years hopefully to renew my first aid again. You are the best and do the great job 👏 🙌”

“I contacted Train Aid to organise some training for our team. It was quick and simple. Bill and his team were very responsive whenecer we needed questions answered. Once the course was booked, everything else ram smoothly. Our trainer 'Neil' was fabtastic in his organisation and delivery.”

“As a foster carer I have repeated this course many times but it’s my first time with train aid. The course leader was exceptional using wit and knowledge to inform us. What was most impressive to me was that my learning has stuck which shows how engaging the training was.”

“I really enjoyed the online course I did with Train Aid. I thought it might be awkward doing it online but Martyn, the trainer, was fantastic and kept everyone engaged. Also they sent the materials and a helpful book in advance so I was able to complete the assignments soon afterwards and received feedback really quickly. And then I put in a job application and got an interview - I'm sure because I was able to talk about some of the things we'd covered in the course.”
