“Used Train Aid to gain my first aid at work certificate, a prerequisite for Yoga teaching. The trainer was excellent. Approached it thoughtfully and respectfully and used good examples. Plenty of hands-on experience (using dummies!). The communications with train aid in terms of timing/location were good too”
