“Third time renewing my Paediactric First Aid certificate with Train Aid and this time opted for the 12 hour course, completing part of it on line and 6 hours practical at a centre in B'ham. Online was easy to navigate through. On the day of the practical, there was a small group of us which I found much better as the trainer was able to ensure and assess that each of us were carrying out procedures correctly. The videos used in both sections were very informative. I also now feel confident in being able to use a defibrillator as we had hands on experience. Andy, the trainer was excellent. I will continue to update my certificates through Train Aid.”

“I was really pleased with the quality of the course, as well as the administration. It was very well delivered and the feedback support service was very prompt and very helpful. The course has helped provide a good grounding for understanding IQA as a verifier and has already been put to good use during a recent EQA.”

“From the moment I stepped into the room I was made to feel comfortable. The person delivering the training knew their subject, made sure everyone was involved and kept us informed of what was happening/expected throughout the three days of the course. They were always happy to help with any queries we had, and even put aside time at the end of each day to "catch-up" with each attendee individually to make sure we were happy and knew what was expected.”

“I really enjoyed my Train Aid course - such a lot was packed into a few days. The trainer was brilliant and really made sure that everyone was engaged throughout. Although the majority of my training takes place online, I now feel equipped to make improvements to our online offering and when we do conduct face to face training, I am confident that my trainees will benefit from my Train Aid course. Thank you!”

“I really enjoyed this first aid course, my course instructor was brilliant in the way he explained everything I came out of the course feeling very confident in first aid. My course instructor made everything easy to understand and answered every question I had about different situations I may encounter in a real life situation. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to do the course with him”
