“I have been on many paediatric first aid courses, having to refresh every 3 years and this one was the best one by far. It was so enjoyable and informative and delivered with such enthusiasm, I feel I learnt so much and it made me feel really confident in my knowledge. Thank you Danielle.”

“The trainer Martyn Smith was excellent, the location was very good and the room suitable but there could have been a sign on the entrance to the Crypt in St. Mary's Church to say that this was where the training was being held ... a church isn't the normal place so I walked round a bit first! The only other thing that I would mention is that the timings weren't as advertised we left earlier some days and started earlier some days which was good but it would have been good to know in advance so I could have planned accordingly. Also the snacks were very unhealthy - biscuits! Would have been nice to have some healthier options e.g. fruit and nuts but there was a gluten free option which was good for those needing it.”
