“I really enjoyed the day and feel much more confident in practicing first aid on adults, children, and babies. Richard Wood (I hope I have his name right) was excellent and engaging and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’ve done many paediatric first aid courses in my time and with Richard presenting, I’ve absolutely enjoyed this one the best. Thank you for making the day so fun and informative.”

“John eas so funny, interesting and amazing at teaching first aid. He had lots of knowledge and stories to help with first aid. Best training course I have been on. I was not looking forward to going on a Saturday befor Christmas but John made it very fun and every one had a laugh and learned so much. Thank you”

“The online zoom course was well run and all markings were done quickly and with lots of feedback. I would highly recommend using this training provider. All documents required were sent in good time ahead of the course, and Martyn the tutor was available for any questions or queries during the training”

“I found the core training process very acceptable and understanding the content was no problem. My only observation was I found the instructions a little confusing, however, that was mitigated by the excellent support from the staff online. Overall it was a positive experience for someone who doesn't like online training.”

“The train Aid course for the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is excellent. I have been teaching for many years and am head of the English department of a college in Germany, and this course has really inspired me to think critically about the way I teach. I have gained much knowledge and applied many of the approaches and theories I have learned to my teaching. The team at Train Aid are very attentive and replied quickly to any queries I had. Special thanks go to Nick, Karl and Vicky who corrected my work and motivated me throughout the course. The programme itself is set up in an easy-to-follow structure and Nick's videos are a great asset. I feel like I really got to know the team. Thank you all and well done.”
