My first aid course was absolutely incredible! I usually dread these things, but Andy made it so much fun and it was so interesting. It was also very good because they relate it to real life incidents so you can imagine what you’d need to do and also he was amazing at answering all the questions we had. I really enjoyed it!

It was an amazing class. I have learned so much and I feel more confident now on train aid. Our coach has been great, friendly, and very welcoming. Even if English is not my first language the class has been really helpful and easy. I will repeat it for sure.

The trainer was great, really informative. He used great examples and taught in a way that you'd remember. Considering the room was freezing and it was an early start on a Saturday morning I've managed to retain a lot of info and that's because of the great instructor.

It was very good because we were suddenly asked questions and I don't always pay attention or remember, so I had to listen very well or end up a bit embarrassed! Thanks so much!!

The AET level 3 course was an excellent, intensive course, ably conducted by trainer Martyn Smith, who steered us through a large amount of subject matter very efficiently. He was engaging, humorous and very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to attend the course.

I recently undertook 2 courses with Train-Aid and both were very professionally run and fun to be a part of. The instructors were first class, knowledgeable and fun to learn with. These were Brian Reid (1st Aid) and Marianne Mills (award in education and training). I'd absolutely recommend without question these two people, and those behind the scenes doing all the admin. Train-Aid learning is the best experience in learning I've had for a very long time!

I recently sat the L3 Award in Education and Training through Train Aid and found the course even though online a very interesting and inclusive course, from the trainer (Martyn) to all the delegates. Very quick responses to any queries and feedback on the course assignments upon submission.

Some of our staff completed the blended Paediatric 1st Aid course in September - they all thought it was a brilliant course, well run and the online section was excellent - very easy to use. We would definitely book this course again in the future.
