“I ordered an oak beam to create a mantle piece above a fire. The beam was delivered promptly, pre-drilled and with the necessary bolts to mount it. Fitting it was easy and it looks great.”

“We purchased a beam for our new fireplace and absolutely love it! It's perfect. I think the website could be clearer and show more images of each style because it was hard figuring out what to get, but we picked the right one and are thrilled with it! This is the 'aged' rustic oak beam.”

“I ordered 4 shelves off you, it would be better for the customer if you allowed them to have the product "cut to length". As the fittings are too close to the ends, so If you want to cut to size you need to drill new holes. Lastly, two of my beams had defects (caused by drill or blade), this was very disappointing, only highlighted after fitting and when uplit”

We do offer this service, you would have needed to leave a note with your order asking for them to be cut to size and our production team will have picked that up for you. “Was looking for a shelf for my sink for a while! In all honesty was a bit hesitant to purchase as was looking for something a bit more budget friendly as my house renovation budget is running low! But really pleased I went ahead with it as it’s true what they say, you pay for what you get! Lovely quality and really happy with the finished look. Will be purchasing a matching shelf in time 👍”

“The mantel beam I purchase for my new fireplace is beautiful. Good price (bought when sale was on) and really quick delivery considering it was made to order. unfortunately on receipt the beam was quite scuffed- we think the damage was sustained due to movement in the box. However I have still given 5 stars: as when queried, the response was quick, apologetic and a free large tin of the wax supplied (arrived the next day!) to buff the scuffs out myself- thankfully this has worked just fine and saved us having to return the beam which was being fitted a few days later. I would recommend- as lovely product, great after sales care and hopefully any packing issue has now been rectified!”

“I had to exchange my oak mantel because it arrived damaged, this was no problem at all, they made another beam and collected the same time as delivering my new one. Customer service is excellent, so pleased with my new oak fireplace mantel, would highly recommend.”
