“First class company , ordered a mantle beam for my new log burner install and was completely blown away when it arrived. Beautiful piece of oak made to look distressed and complemented my log burner .”

Hello Catherine, I'm very disappointed to hear you're not happy with our customer service as we do try very hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. Can you message us to elaborate on this issue as its difficult to improve without knowing what was wrong and we would love to get to the bottom of this issue for you.
