“disgusting i took out a policy with them under performance direct ,the next year they said they would not even offer me a policy for no reason ,exactly the same as my details the year before ,stay eell away from companies like this .”

“Initially I was having issues with my renewal and was in an extremely stressful situation. When I made contact with Rebecca her telephone manner had a calming effect on my state of mind. Guiding me through a complex situation with confidence and a sound knowledge of customer care truly 100 % an asset to your company”

“I cannot empathize enough how much Rebecca Peryer helped me in a way that was far above 5 star. I was extremely stressed about my renewal. Her telephone manner completely reversed my anxiety. Superb customer service.. thank you Rebecca.”

“Been insured with these for 5 years having a family fleet policy, renewal was up today and had no correspondence of these to confirm if in insured or not, so decided to call for them to explain that the underwriter wasn’t doing family fleet no more and basically look elsewhere no apology nothing just left us to it ! Never had a claim £15000 over 5 years not a single sorry we can’t help”

“Is this nightmare to add vehicle or to remove vehicle when using the tradex app slow, slow slow for one charge is -minimum 25 minutes playing with app this is unbelievable ……is not only that… it’s not show your changes after that,you not on 100%. Sure. Very very slow. , I can’t believe it”

“Completed my insurance claim with them. When they found out I had a rental vehicle the jacked the price right up and said if I leave I should pay £300. Bunch of snakes and I will never go with them again. Will also be adding to my thousands of followers to never go with them either.”

“Modern robbery They send you a box and they charge you £180 for that and It is really useful very expensive cover and poor customer service. Rude customer service. They just big lier. Everything they said to you is not true”

“Absolutely raging to say the least! They're ok taking the money but keep hanging up if u try and make a claim. Would not recommend this to any1 at all. The service we got when my car was written off was terrible too. Took about 4 months for it to get assessed and taken away.”

“Do not use!!! Have a Fleet Insurance with them! they took one of the vans for repairs after an accident. That was in June 2022 and I still don’t have the van back, been calling them everyday since and everyday is a different answer “we don’t know where the van is” , “ oh you don’t have it”, “we can’t find someone to fix it”. I still have to pay for the van out of my pocket as they refuse to cover it. They now just refuse to take my calls whenever I try or just ask me for all the info “as per the policy” and transfer my call to 5 other people that ask me the same thing just so I can finally be told to just wait. Do not use them they just run an insurance scam it’s not worth saving a few pounds with them just so you pay more if an accident happens”

“I found the staff at Tradex Insurance very professional and helpful and quick to respond regarding an issue I had, which has now been finally sorted.
