“Its not great when you order something with no clue when it will be delivered. After chasing with calls and emails my Friday lunchtime. order was processed monday afternoon, for delivery Wednesday. Thankfully delivery wasnt delayed.”

“Trade Paint Direct enabled me to specify the colour, quality and quantity of paint I required which is not vailable "off the shelf". The site is user friendfly and secure for payment. Delivery was on time and made by a reputable company with first class tracking faciliries. (DHL). I will use Trade Paint Direct in the future.”

“Ordered some apparently in-stock woodstain on the 6th Aug. After much chasing was finally delivered on the 30th August. I had to constantly chase them. Giving them a 2 star because at least when I did email to chase, they responded quickly, even if it was just to say "we're hoping it will come in on tomorrow's delivery.”

“Slow to ship (3 days) and they use EVRI, our favourite courier! Amazing I received it at all! I will spend more and get my product from another supplier next time. This delivery took far too long.”

“Paint arrived promptly after ordering. One of the two cans was significantly dented but not pierced. Either the can was dispatched like this, or damaged in transit and if so then the packaging needs improving.”
