“Sadly not a good experience. Website did not indicate the item was out of stock, I had to contact trade paint because I had not received any communication or the order after 8 days. They advised it was out of stock and would be despatched when it arrived in stock. Another week passed- still no contact. Chased again- oh it was sent out, must have got lost, well send out again. Another week passed without any further contact, paint finally arrived- taking 3 weeks in total. Very poor overall experience.”

“The price and product (Owatrol plastic treatment) was good,as was the free postage on Owatrol products (good marketing there). However, better packaging should be considered as my tin, came with a big dent in the top of it! It wasn't split but it must have taken a huge wallop somewhere for the amount of damage it caused.”
