Dear Petrus, Thank you for your kind review and for highlighting that a series of trademarks was not accepted by the Examiner. As part of the process for review of a trademark application Examiners will assess the acceptability of a series, which is highly subjective and sometimes an objection of this nature can be overturned by submitting arguments, although we understand that not everyone wants to go down the route of this additional work. “Great service and very knowledgeable. Every appeared to be done very smoothly. However, I would have welcomed a call or a more personal email as a follow up to make sure everything was as I expected. Did receive an email to say everything was registered but just felt a bit anonymous and robotic. Just wanted to be told that everything was done and this is what is going to happen in the future etc....”

“Helpful and professional assistance, at reasonable cost. After registering the trademark, we did receive a couple of invoices from companies in Eastern European who had had no involvement in registering the trademark, asking for hundreds of pounds for their "work", but I think these were just scams sent by companies who had noticed that the trademark had been registered and therefore does not reflect on Trademark Eagle in any way. Worth being vigilant, though.”
