“first time I've installed a wet room and with the help of trade wetrooms everything went really well, well sort of because half way through my online order my computer crashed and i ended up ordering the wrong size deck, thankfully the next day I rang the company direct (landline published on web site) and spoke to a lady named 'Stevie' ... she couldnt have been easier to speak with, without any problems Stevie went through my order making sure I got exactly what I needed, in fact it even came in cheaper with her assistance. In these days its easy to knock companies when we get poor service but for a change this company, trade wetrooms, were fantastic. I only wish other companies were this good.”
