“I am a first time buyer and we are renovating a very tired looking property. We wanted to install a wet room and our plumber asked us to buy the trays needed. I had no idea what was needed or how to choose between the types. I spoke to the customer service team on two occassions, they talked me through my options and the differences between them. They suggested cheaper alternatives as well as more dearer products. They even explained the waterproofing process and what I needed for this. I ordered the trays on Sunday, they arrived on Tuesday! The plumber fitted them with no trouble. fantastic service and reasonably priced! Thank you”
