“I found the TradeTool Shop via a link on Google for some Fence and Shed Sprayable Colour Protection. From clicking the link, everything after happened at Warp speed. Ordering on the Website was very easy and took about Four minutes. It was late afternoon but within 2mins I received confirmation of my order. The next day I received an email saying the order had been despatched and low and behold at about 10am the next day it arrived. Very well packed and in Mint condition. “The website was clearly laid out and made sure that I knew exactly what I was buying (a Bosch jigsaw). When I rang to ask advice about blades to buy for it, I received friendly and knowledgeable help. All that was left was to take delivery of the goods, which arrived very promptly. “Brought a product, paid for fast delivery, Thursday ir Friday at the latest. Booked builders. When it didn't arrive they were very rude and said they said they didn't have the right address, when I asked why they hadn't contacted me they said they only realised in Friday (after they were supposed to have delivered the items) and they still hasn't contacted me because it was late afternoon. Well I wish they had because I would not have had to pay my builders. Very bad and rude service. Don't shop there!”
