“The website is well laid out and easy to use, I found the tool I wanted with no difficulty and at a very reasonable price. The purchase and subsequent delivery went without a hitch and the tool arrived promptly. Packaging was good and no damage had occurred to the item. The tool itself, a pair of hand nibbling shears, is of great quality and functions faultlessly. I am very pleased with the whole transaction and would recommend.”

“I've been asked for feedback before I've received the goods. I requested two day delivery but haven't had an email as yet to say the goods have been despatched. I know it's Christmas but I should have had the goods by now. Added to that I've just learned that the courier company is now in administration. I need the goods to complete urgent work before the New Year but have no idea where they are or how I can retrieve them. Not happy!”

“I ordered a few different items of which 1 was wrong. After a quick phone call the assistant confirmed there was an error in the delivery and the replacement will be to me within 24hrs. The item turned up as promised. There is always small errors but its how you react to them, good job well done in my case!!!! I will be definitely using your company again.”
