“Product is excellent for my purpose. Being made of polycarbonate I don't think it will work very well also it must have been in stock for some time as the battery supplied was flat. Even so excellent value for money”

“Ordered two items late one day, system failed at end of payment (external bank validation?) so had to re-enter payment details after phoning to ensure no duplication (none). Items despatched next day and arrived the day after that. Items were exactly as expected, arrived promptly, were cheaper than competitors; so, overall, very happy with my experience.”

“Cheapest price by £20, so immediately interested! Ordering was an easy process and payment done securely. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Tuesday. Overall, very impressed and would use trdetoolshop again.”

“Delivery was supposed to be two working days and I had to chase day 3. It arrived day 4 with a note to say one of the tins of paint was out of stock and would follow. The other tin of paint had been opened previously and paint had spilled down the tin.”

“I made several trips to Wickes and Homebase trying to buy a particular paint. Despite their websites saying that they had it in stock - they couldn't find it! I came home empty handed. I therefore decided I would order online. The paint was actually cheaper from Trade Toolshop and arrived in only 3 days. Brilliant result. Thank you.”

“I found the product I was looking for by searching online and Trade Tool Shop was the best value even including shipping cost. It was fairly easy to order online. I was informed via email when my order was dispatched and it arrived promptly. One small piece was missing from my item so I contacted customer services by email and the small piece arrived by post a week later. I would order items again from this company.”

“Product arrived quickly, however they were never available to answer the phone when I needed to get in touch about a problem, and after I did manage to get through and speak to someone about the issue, it wasn't resolved. Haven't been able to get through to them on the phone since.”

“I have been looking for Hammerite metal paint in mid blue and saw that you had it for a very good price. I found your website easy to use and the paint arrived within 3 days of ordering it. I am a church bellringer and need the paint to recoat our metal bellframe. I started painting this weekend and the new colour looks good - it will be a long job as there are lots of awkward areas to paint. Many Thanks, Stuart”

“I ordered from The site because it was the best price and stated delivery in 2 working days, which I paid £5.49 for, but I'm still waiting for delivery a week later. The delivery price brought the item up to the same as another site and I'd probably have got quicker delivery. Probably wouldn't use them again, sorry.”

“I was impressed with Trade Tool Shop. I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday, I ordered two tins of paint which were hard to get hold off. They were cheaper than their competition. The tins were packaged quite well but one of the lids had popped off on its journey to me but very little was lost and the paper surrounding the tins absorbed the leaked paint. I would certainly use them again.”

“Ordered pm on Tuesday. Confirmed that delivery would be 2 working days, with email when dispatched. No email received, delivered on the Friday. Website says office open from 8.30 am but when queried I was told that that was incorrect. Why not update your website?”

“Trade tool shop overall is good but the parcel delivery service uk mail is shocking! They send a text saying the parcel will arrive between 14:09 and 15:09 so we make sure we are in when it is going to be delivered and it turns up when we are out at 13:45! Then had a text to say they were running late! Tried to contact them but it's automated, website is poor. Redelivered the next day again with a hour time slot and it came half an hour before it was supposed to? Fortunately someone was in. You should consider a different courier service uk mail are pretty poor.”
