Ordered two items late one day, system failed at end of payment (external bank validation?) so had to re-enter payment details after phoning to ensure no duplication (none). Items despatched next day and arrived the day after that. Items were exactly as expected, arrived promptly, were cheaper than competitors; so, overall, very happy with my experience.
