“We were NOT cold called we phoned the company and spoke with Alfie who was very informative not pushy but very helpful. The 2 busy bees at the company, Jessica and Lily helped us by explaining fully the part of the will they could witness after our signatures and how to fulfill and, when to implement the l.p.o a. It was so reassuring to have the legalities explained and simplified The 2 girls were efficient and caring and supportive. I would recommend this company to handle your wills and l.p.o.a.”

“Don't use this company ... After being persuaded in 2018 to use this company by someone talking to my elderly father in a news agents, we decided to use town and country law to change the house deeds and include my elderly mothers name,so that my elderly mother would not be evicted from the house she has lived in with my father for 52 years , in the event my father passed first. My father passed in November 2023. We contacted this firm and informed them and asked if the wills could be sent as this service of wills drawn up, checked and stored was also included in the fixed price. We found that no one had checked the wills, as although they had been signed they hadn't been dated. After a four month wait we have finally got over that hurdle. When I asked about the deed change I was told that it was being sorted and would be with me shortly. This has not materialised in 8 months and when I e mail I'm either ignored or told this matter is being dealt with. I don't believe it is . We are getting letters from the bank telling us we have to vacate the property. We have paid just under a thousand pounds for a service that has not been completed and that has added extra stress in an already stressful time. Even though these policies are sold with a headline indicating that they will ease extremely hard emotion situations, they have significantly added to it . Please do not use this company.”

“We spoke to Lily and Jessica concerning our wills and p.o.a. They were both very supportive and caring explaining the documents to us and what we needed to do and in what order. I feel the cost of the will and p.o.a with this company is fair and money well spent. Our initial contact was over the phone with Alfie who was helpful bit not pushy. His advice helped us with our needs. They were like busy bees helping us.”

“We had several meetings with Freya. Always on time and accepting last minute telephone calls. We found Freya very helpful, informative and conscientious. Our requirements were dealt with in full and we are extremely satisfied with the end documentation. Last but not least it has certainly put our minds at rest. “Had a telephone appointment with Nathan for 1pm. He promptly called and went through my requirments and my details. Payment was taken. He then advised me on the next steps. His service was friendly and efficient and he was English speaking. I then received an email from him for me to confirm I agree to the T&C and I accepted, requesting him to go ahead with my Will. So far I cannot fault the service and grateful there were no complications.”

“We started this process in November 2022 & it is still not finished in May 2024!The communication from Town & Country Law is non-existent & I have emailed them numerous times-i have just resorted to actually writing a letter to their director to see if that gets me anywhere!After putting a poor review on originally,I amended it after speaking to James the director.,I shouldn't have done.”

“Is there only Nathan working for this company(looking at the reviews)? What a busy chap he is! He has exactly the right approach to will provision - sufficient charm, empathy, politeness and subtle salesmanship. Very efficient service and decent offer (the marketing dept needs to be aware that £47 is advertised but no mention of VAT anywhere, until you ring) However, I am happy customer thus far .........”
