“The pen does not help with my pain and in fact, makes it worse. I will persevere for a little while but I am likely to return it and ask for a refund.”

“I purchased an item from there website and paid for 24-48 hour delivery. 72 hours later with no delivery i contacted the company. I was told it must have been lost in the post and now they were out of stock but it is ironic to note that even when told they were out of stock, there website would still allow me to place an order for the same item. Personally i think i got lied to but did get everything i paid refunded.”

“I ordered pads for my holywog Tens. After waiting around two and a half weeks I rang and was told they were waiting for a delivery. After another while I received an e.mail asking for a rating on this product. So, I rang again only to be told, after holding on the line that they were discontinuing this line. Fine I was getting a refund. I’ve been ordering these pads for a few years now from tower health and have always had good service. So you can see why I was disappointed this time. But the reason for my one star, I’ve just received another request for a review on a product they no longer stock!!”

“The face wash and cream should not be advertised and sold together as 10% is not a safe amount and burnt my face. Delivery was very slow also.”

“We are still waiting for the face wash? We had an email saying we could upgrade to 100ml yet when we spoke to an agent they said we could not do this so we are still without the face wash it’s about 4 weeks now!!”

“I placed an order on Tuesday the 25th February @ 07:30 and was advised on your receipt that it would be delivered between 48 and 72 hours. It is now Monday morning the 2nd March and I am still waiting”

“The order acknowledgment indicated "48-72 hours" delivery. It wasn't until I phoned after this period that I was told the item was not in stock, but I could expect a delivery by "Tuesday". On Tuesday I finally got an email shipping advice that the order had been raised, but no delivery date. I have still not received any advice of when I will receive the item. It would have been far more customer friendly to have been told that they were out of stock when the order was acknowledged and to have been given a realistic delivery date. The whole reason for the purchase was to relieve pain and I still have not received the item which was advertised as relieving pain. Not satisfactory at all.”

“They have kept my money for two orders that were never fulfilled, from November and December (it is now February), and are ignoring my emails about refunding it. edit: thanks for the reply Tristan, nice to know your company responds so quickly to public criticism compared to private emails from customers requesting assistance, and yet another five days later I still haven't heard anything.”

“Made an online purchase on the Thursday morning before Easter. Later that afternoon Tower Health sent an e mail advertising discounts on some products including the one I purchased. I emailed back asking if my order would qualify for the new pricing - the answer was no!”

“I Ordered on the 10th of January 2021 I was told the order would be in on the 15th. I have heard nothing from Tower Health by email this now the 20th of January. So i phoned and the person said they had not had the goods from their Supplier. My problem is They took the money Before sending the goods. It should not have happened and they did not inform me by email of a delay. Not Good Tower Health”

“I bought a Paingone pen (Order 100204361) after a couple of days it was only working intermittently and a message (no reply after an hour) and an email went unanswered. After five days it stopped clicking/working completely and yesterday I send another email. Again no response. Today I tried the messaging service again but there was no response after half an hour. When I tried to ring I could get no reply. What more needs to be said about them. My experience should be a warning to others, this company in spite of its claims about 'being happy to help' clearly isn't. I will not use them again and would say to anyone thinking of buying from them - don't!!! And now a week after first trying to contact them they still haven't replied to any of my messages or emails. A White”

“I ordered a salt pipe and a separate order of salt from them and only the salt arrived , they accepted payment for both orders without ever informing me they were unable to supply the pipe Consequently they salt is of no use whatever, no information was forthcoming so I had to repeatedly chase chase them for an order update !”
