Havent received my order. Almost 2 weeks now

I bought a Paingone pen (Order 100204361) after a couple of days it was only working intermittently and a message (no reply after an hour) and an email went unanswered. After five days it stopped clicking/working completely and yesterday I send another email. Again no response. Today I tried the messaging service again but there was no response after half an hour. When I tried to ring I could get no reply. What more needs to be said about them. My experience should be a warning to others, this company in spite of its claims about 'being happy to help' clearly isn't. I will not use them again and would say to anyone thinking of buying from them - don't!!! And now a week after first trying to contact them they still haven't replied to any of my messages or emails. Terrible company, never received the delivery! The courier lied saying they attempted to deliver 3 times, I received items from Royal Mail and Amazon on the same day they said they attempted, and I was in, which means they were outright lying and deceiving! I have not even received the refund, outrageous! Don’t trust them!

Very disappointed,first time I’ve used this company and after sending 3 emails and 3 phone calls,and waiting 10 days for my order,I cancelled my order and got a refund.

I ordered some disposable face masks from their advertisement in the Daily Mail. When the face masks arrived some of the elastic ear bands were already detached in the packet and of the ones that were complete once the elastic was put under tension they detached from the mask rendering them useless. I emailed the company along with photographs explaining the problem but after 4 days heard nothing. I then rang the company and was promised a return telephone call that day but that did not happen. I rang the company and spoke to someone who described themselves as a healthcare professional who has promised replacements within a few days, but there was no sense of urgency.I am still waiting. In view of the standard reply below from Louie which as you will see is the same to all complaints on Trustpilot. I emailed customer services on 8th August as requested and received an acknowledgement email back straight away. It is now 13th August and no one has had the courtesy it reply to this email. The customer service from this company is appalling and it is a pity that there is not a minus star system. Caveat emptor!

Delivery times are good, but product descriptions are not: the 'mini hearing aid' is neither 'tiny' nor 'perfectly formed' as described in Tower's catalogue but large, clunky and very difficult to fit compared to my standard NHS hearing aids, and the manual for the device specifies it as a 'sound magnifier' with the warning that it is not a hearing aid.

Even though I bought products from your company on the 23.5 I still haven't received them, so I cannot comment on the products and am concerned that my buying experience will end up costing me my hard earned money. Monica Meren

I ordered pads for my holywog Tens. After waiting around two and a half weeks I rang and was told they were waiting for a delivery. After another while I received an e.mail asking for a rating on this product. So, I rang again only to be told, after holding on the line that they were discontinuing this line. Fine I was getting a refund. I’ve been ordering these pads for a few years now from tower health and have always had good service. So you can see why I was disappointed this time. But the reason for my one star, I’ve just received another request for a review on a product they no longer stock!!

Wrong size sent ordered online the 200ml size and received a smaller 60ml. The price was for the 200ml ordered online. When I called customer service I was told I ordered the 60ml at the 200ml price. I said to the customer service representative then maybe I should contact Trading Standards as they are advertising on online 200ml and sending 60ml. He replied that the website had 60ml. I said no it doesn't. He then said I should contact them by phone in the future to get the right item at the right price. I said that I wanted the right size as I paid for it. He replied that I needed to pay for the 200ml and for me to return the 60ml. I paid for the 200ml. I checked the website after and it stated 200ml not 60ml. Also by ordering by phone the price was about £5 cheaper than ordering online. Tower Health needs to get their pricing and size structure the same whether online or by phone otherwise Trading Standards may get involved . This is the first time I have ever complained about any of Tower Health products which I have always found be excellent quality products at a fair price.

Not happy with this company. I placed an order for an Automatic Pain Gone Unit. When I saw the acknowledgement, realised that they had only put the order in for the manual version. Called them the very next working day. I was assured that this would not be sent out and that a refund would be imminent. Paid for the automatic version which arrived all ok. However, a few days later the manual version arrived, so I have been involved in having to pay to have this returned. Will not be using them again if they are so disorganised.

You owe me money. You said you could not send all my products I ordered, but you took all my money for all of them. I asked for a refund, I got an email back saying you would be looking at my query, now nothing for weeks. I need my money you rob dogs. Avoid them if they carn't sort out such problems. NOT RECOMMENDED...

I placed an order on the 25/11 and had not received it by 04/12, sent an email no response, then had to call and stated they were out of stock for one item, which certainly wasn't mentioned on the website and no update provided. If they did run out of stock one wold have expected them to at least email with an update!
