“The product (Therasnore) is excellent and this is my fourth or fifth purchase over several years. My only reservation is time taken for overseas delivery but, having said that, the majority of the several weeks delivery time was due to postal inefficiencies in my country of residence.”

“East to use website. Items in stock an arrived promptly, and well packaged. Items I bought were competitively priced, and small discount for buying x3. One item needed pharmacist approval and the brief questionnaire to determine suitability was quick and easy. Few postage and packaging when using discount code was an added bonus too!”

“I order 2 weeks ago. Contacted then after a week. They had lost my order but promised to send it out straight away. Took them an hour to work this out my order has still not turned up and I've been forced to file a dispute with paypal. They still haven't responded to them either! Avoid at all costs!!”

“The order acknowledgment indicated "48-72 hours" delivery. It wasn't until I phoned after this period that I was told the item was not in stock, but I could expect a delivery by "Tuesday". On Tuesday I finally got an email shipping advice that the order had been raised, but no delivery date. I have still not received any advice of when I will receive the item. It would have been far more customer friendly to have been told that they were out of stock when the order was acknowledged and to have been given a realistic delivery date. The whole reason for the purchase was to relieve pain and I still have not received the item which was advertised as relieving pain. Not satisfactory at all.”
