“I am delighted with my Paingone pen+. I have used the manual one for many years but found it increasingly difficult as the arthritis in my fingers got worse. This new version is a Godsend, so easy to use and very effective. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“Ordered the "Paingone" for my mother with the nothing to lose attitude and the hope of positive gains. Tower Health kept us informed with the progress of the order and it's dispatch, taking only 3 days from order to delivery. Yes, she is very happy with the results and is gaining relief from severe pain due to spondylosis of the spine.... I would recommend this product and Tower Health.”

“The Therasnore is a great product and helps relieve snoring to a great extent. However this product does not last long before it starts to fall a part, I have had four in six years. My problem with Tower Health is their promotions / pricing. I have always paid £39 for the Therasnore and yet they always have a promotion on saying that it is greatly reduced, i.e in this January sale it was half price - no it was not £19 - it was supposedly reduced from £79 to £39 (the usual price). Apart from being misleading, there is no need to market the product as a promotional price. It would sell at £39 regardless.”

“I placed an order on Saturday 22nd April, but forgot to confirm. I had two emails reminding me, and offering free postage. I completed the order on Monday 24th, my goods came on Thursday 27th. I am delighted! (Post often takes much longer to get here to N.Ireland) I am also so delighted with my Paingone Sciatix, I am going to order another on.”

“The product (Therasnore) is excellent and this is my fourth or fifth purchase over several years. My only reservation is time taken for overseas delivery but, having said that, the majority of the several weeks delivery time was due to postal inefficiencies in my country of residence.”
