“Great service, apart from my order didn't come as soon as it should have but I'm going to put this down to it being christmas/bank holiday and as soon as I emailed them asking about it I got a quick response and it then came the next day, so they were quick to fix this:)”

“Ordering was easy and the paingone arrived within the indicated delivery window. It was ordered for a friend and was too painful for her to use but I kept it because I was lazy and thought it might be useful in my own family. Having tried it myself (after getting my husband to try it first!), I could barely feel it, so I can only conclude that my friend's hand was very painful indeed.”

“The product came on time. It's expensive for what it is. I tried it on a bad knee and it worked for about 90 minutes. Better than I expected as I was sceptical that it could ever work. The expense was somewhat mollified by a free tube of cream/ointment. Hopefully the two items together might give me 2/3 hours of relief”

“Having used Tower Health fro about a year now my recent purcahse of Pain relief Gel was in reponse to a product i returned under their money back Guarantee with no problems at all .Initially theri customer ervice rang to say I only returnes half but I returned what I ahd been sent and their was no quibble. Despatch is first class nearly next day . Would recommend and would buy and use again”

“Good service. Knowledgeable staff on live chat. One critisism the company do not send out a tracking ref in orders as a matter of standard procedure. I had to call and ask for a tracking ref for my purchase. Otherwise an efficient friendly shopping experience”
