The product came on time. It's expensive for what it is. I tried it on a bad knee and it worked for about 90 minutes. Better than I expected as I was sceptical that it could ever work. The expense was somewhat mollified by a free tube of cream/ointment. Hopefully the two items together might give me 2/3 hours of relief
