“But I have a rant about reviews. Everyone is asking for them but are they thinking? Often one is asked for a review before one has used the item being reviewed and can form an opinion of it. There is the question, "How likely are you to recommend..." (Not here, I think) but the answer depends on factors that have nothing to do with the quality of the item being reviewed. All the same, I have no complaints about the service from Tower Health which has always been prompt and accurate despite the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.”

“I ordered some disposable face masks from their advertisement in the Daily Mail. When the face masks arrived some of the elastic ear bands were already detached in the packet and of the ones that were complete once the elastic was put under tension they detached from the mask rendering them useless. I emailed the company along with photographs explaining the problem but after 4 days heard nothing. I then rang the company and was promised a return telephone call that day but that did not happen. I rang the company and spoke to someone who described themselves as a healthcare professional who has promised replacements within a few days, but there was no sense of urgency.I am still waiting. In view of the standard reply below from Louie which as you will see is the same to all complaints on Trustpilot. I emailed customer services on 8th August as requested and received an acknowledgement email back straight away. It is now 13th August and no one has had the courtesy it reply to this email. The customer service from this company is appalling and it is a pity that there is not a minus star system. Caveat emptor!”

“Good quality masks at a reasonable price, they have washed well and are a lot cooler than some of the cheaper alternatives. I would not hesitate to buy again. Fast delivery.”

“Ordering process was straightforward and the website easy to use. The masks I ordered arrived impressively quickly, together with free hand sanitiser. I am very pleased with the masks which are comfortable to wear and wash very well; they also allow for insertion of a third layer if required. The free hand sanitiser is also very pleasant to use. Overall, excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Tower Health again.”

“Tried internet a fault occurred so I phoned got through within 20secs told tower health would call me back only waited 2mins and my order was taken without fuss the order arrived next day exact as promised. All good well packed. Many thanks. William.”
