“I bought a Paingone pen (Order 100204361) after a couple of days it was only working intermittently and a message (no reply after an hour) and an email went unanswered. After five days it stopped clicking/working completely and yesterday I send another email. Again no response. Today I tried the messaging service again but there was no response after half an hour. When I tried to ring I could get no reply. What more needs to be said about them. My experience should be a warning to others, this company in spite of its claims about 'being happy to help' clearly isn't. I will not use them again and would say to anyone thinking of buying from them - don't!!! And now a week after first trying to contact them they still haven't replied to any of my messages or emails. A White”
