“Delivery was promised within 3-5 working days but didn’t arrive. Long on hold waiting times. When I gave the rep (Harry) my postcode he couldn’t find the order and said it must not have gone through. When I told him I had an email from them confirming the order, he found it but asked me to call back the following day and gave me the direct number. The next day I tried that number 3 times. Each time it rang twice and went dead. When I got through to him after another long on hold wait, he said someone would call me with info by 5:30. It didn’t happen. Still waiting, but likely to cancel the £700+ order.”

“Very speedy next day delivery of Viscotears and also 70% alcohol cucumber hand sanitiser. Viscotears is very good, especially used before going to sleep, as it soothes dry cornea. Hand gel smells good and very much required in these times.”
