“I have not received the item I ordered yet, but spoke to customer service who were very helpful. It had been delivered and signed for by a neighbour at No 33 but it appears it was sent to No 37 as I had hit the wrong button. Will check this with 37.”

“I ordered and paid for a product to be delivered to Australia, only to find out later that the item could not be imported to Australia and when my refund was processed I lost $50 AUD in the exchange rate... all because of an error made by Tower Health”

“Service was excellent. Product was well packed and arrived within days of ordering. The pen does what it supposed to do and so does the cream I.E. controls and relieves pain where ever it is found on the body. Can't say more than that other than I was very pleased with the results.”
